Fundviews Capital is an operator-led platform offering outsourced fund operations, administration, and back-office services to RIAs, family offices, and emerging asset managers. They do not act as an investment advisor but provide the operational infrastructure for clients who manage their own funds. Their services include fund administration, audit coordination, tax preparation oversight, compliance filings, investor onboarding, and ongoing reporting. Funds are structured in Delaware, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. The firm is headquartered in Doral, Florida, with additional offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and Montevideo, Uruguay. They serve a global client base across the US, Latin America, Canada, the UK, Europe, and other international jurisdictions. Fundviews Capital supports various fund types including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other private fund structures, having launched over 51 funds. As of March 31, 2026, they reported approximately $788 million in Assets Under Service (AUS). The economics of working with Fundviews typically become viable for managers and RIAs with around $5–10 million in equity capital. They offer three operator-fee tiers: 0.30% per annum for an SPV, 0.50% for a Fund or Fund-of-Funds, and 0.25% for a Family Office Vehicle.
