Omaha Beach Capital, LLC (OBC) is a boutique private equity firm founded in 2014, specializing in GP-led secondaries and co-investments within the lower and middle markets. Their strategy, termed "young secondaries," involves partnering with middle-market private equity sponsors to restructure companies, often transferring assets into new fund structures with shorter lifespans. They target companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million and invest in private equity funds when they are 25% to 60% deployed, providing visibility into capital allocation. OBC also engages in co-investments, sourcing deals from unique sponsors with reduced or no fees. Geographically, their focus is on North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
