One Rock Capital Partners, LLC is a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm founded in 2010. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Los Angeles, London, and Dubai, they specialize in making controlling investments in middle-market companies across North America and Europe. Their investment philosophy centers on navigating complexity and identifying opportunities where value creation is driven by operational control, particularly in 'Real Economy' sectors like Chemicals & Process Industries, Food & Beverage Manufacturing & Distribution, Specialty Manufacturing and Healthcare Products, Business & Environmental Services, and Auto Retail. They employ a rigorous approach, utilizing experienced Operating Partners to identify, acquire, and enhance businesses, often in complex situations such as corporate carve-outs, misunderstood companies, management transitions, and under-optimized businesses. As of December 31, 2025, One Rock had approximately $9.7 billion in AUM, with Fund III closing at $2.0 billion in March 2021 and Fund IV and Emerald Fund closing in July 2025 with $3.97 billion. The Emerald Fund is their first vehicle focused on the lower middle market. For Fund IV, they plan to invest $200 million to $400 million per deal, targeting companies with over $40 million in EBITDA. The Emerald Fund will invest $50 million to $150 million in 8 to 12 companies with EBITDA up to $40 million.
