The firm focuses on real estate, mortgage finance, corporate and structured credit, and specialty finance, managing funds on a private placement basis. PCM's investment strategies center on corporate credit, structured products backed by corporate credit, distressed debt and equity, investing in broadly syndicated loans, debt and equity of public and private companies, and CLO-issued securities. They manage funds with discretionary authority for institutional and high net worth clients, primarily within the United States, with a significant emphasis on residential real estate and credit markets. As of December 31, 2024, PCM managed approximately $3.2 billion in regulatory assets under management. The firm does not participate in wrap fee programs and acknowledges that its strategies are speculative and carry substantial risks.
