TSPI, LP, formerly Sightway Capital, LP, is a Delaware limited partnership established in January 2018 and renamed in August 2020. The firm manages two fund families: the Sightway Funds, which focus on long-term, discretionary strategies and building platform companies in asset-intensive industries through predominantly non-public investments (public investments also permitted), and the TSPI Fund, which targets U.S. dollar-denominated returns through diversified private investments across private equity, credit, special opportunities, real assets, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital. The AUM is predominantly allocated to pooled investment vehicles.
