As the private investment platform for The Xander Group, Inc., XIM provides global institutional and accredited investors access to the Indian real estate market through diversified platforms and strategies. The firm's investment strategy focuses on identifying compelling, risk-adjusted opportunities in the Indian real estate market, acquiring assets with both current value and tangible potential for future growth. XIM primarily structures investments through long-term, control positions across various real estate asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and certain infrastructure types. They operate as a vertically integrated real estate advisory platform, managing the entire asset lifecycle from identification and negotiation to operations, development, leasing, management, financing, and monetization. XIM manages investments through private vehicles like blind pool funds, co-mingled funds, and sector-specific funds, as well as customized advisory and managed accounts. The firm has raised USD 2.1 billion across its funds since 2005. They also acquired Weikfield IT Citi Info Park in Pune for $130 million. Virtuous Retail South Asia (VRSA), an arm of The Xander Group, acquired a land parcel in Thane, Mumbai for retail development. Additionally, The Xander Group invested approximately $10.5 million in Sanctum Wealth, a wealth management company.
